Far from the reaches of what now passes as civilization, a small party of adventurers tries to survive in the Sanguine Wood, a place heavily burdened by an oppressive and ever permeating arcane force. A small hamlet, seemingly ill placed among the burgundy leaves and the black vines, serves both as a respite from the all encompassing malevolence as well as a forward operating base for a mining operation.
